DELIVERY
Shipping costs is DKK 60, - for all of Denmark. If you buy for more than DKK 1000,- we pay the shipping costs.

Shipping costs to Greenland is DKK 175,-

For Cash on delivery there is a fee of DKK 35
On Cash on delivery The Danish postal service will also add a fee of DKK 16,- for administration, when the package is delivered.

If a product is sold out at the time it is ordered, we will contact you about a possible delay in your order, and the order can of course be cancelled.

On sneakershop you can pay with the following credit cards: Dankort, eDankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Eurocard/Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, Paypal or Cash on Delivery.


RETURNS, EXCHANGE AND ORDER ISSUES
If a product does not live up to what you expected, we have a 14 days return policy.
If a product has to be returned, it must be filed at the post office within 14 days from when you recieved it.
Note: If you want your money refunded, you will be charged a return fee of DKK 60,-, if the return label has been used. If you want a voucher, it is free to use the return label.

When a product must be returned, you can use the our online form (fastest method) or you can attach a copy of your invoice to the package.

If you wish to exchange the product to a different size or something else, you can choose voucher and then purchase a new product with the voucher.
There is a 2 year warranty on all goods on Sneakershop. This covers manufacturing defects, but not normal wear and tear.
The product must be returned in the same condition and quantity.
Regarding shoes, headphones, etc., it is important that the original packaging is intact, as it is part of the products value. Therefore, the package must always be returned with the original packaging.
 
When returning products, please be aware of the following:
CAPS: Please do not send caps in a flat package or bag, cause the fit will be ruined by this.
SHOES: Please wrap the shoebox, and avoid using tape on the original packaging.
